As October is peak Tourism Season in Vermont, it is best to book rooms sooner rather than later. We have room blocks reserved at Sugarbush Resort and Best Western Waterbury-Stowe. We understand that Covid makes planning difficult. These venues allow for cancellation without penalty if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. In addition to the hotels listed, there are many bed and breakfasts as well as Airbnb and VRBO rentals near the venue. We recommend searching in the Waitsfield/Warren area. If you opt for one of these rentals, please let us know so we can try to accommodate you with the shuttle! Waterbury is roughly 30 minutes from the venue and is the closest hub for chain hotels.
