Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be bus transportation from the hotels: Hampton Inn & Suites Stroudsburg and Baymont by Wyndham Poconos to the venue and back. 1st shuttle will leave Hampton inn and then Baymont by Wyndham by 3:00 pm to the venue. 2nd shuttle will pick up at Hampton Inn and then Baymont by Wyndham at 3:45 pm

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website. The Baymont by Wyndham hotel option has a bar and restaurant for an after-party after the wedding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you can arrive by 4:00 pm, the venue will be open for guest at 3:30 pm

Yes! Just let us know in the RSVP if you have any food allergies or special requests

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be at The Woodland Pavilion at Trout Lake “Which is a timber-frame structure, wood-beam ceiling, and impressive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, this covered pavilion provides both comfort and atmosphere in any weather.”

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Trout Lake if needed. We will have a bus service from hotels to wedding and back!
