If you have any other questions other than what's listed below, please feel free to reach out to us! You may reach Candace at (912) 259-2897.
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will also include a QR code inside the invitations that you can RSVP through as well.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by November 1st, 2025. You can use the link up top to do so at any time. The sooner the better!

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by November 1st, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, if you have not already submitted your plus one you will have one more chance to do so once formal invitations are mailed out. If we do not receive your plus one's information they will not be allowed entry to the venue, as we will not have proper accommodations for them. We hope you understand!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of our immediate family members and our bridal parties children, our wedding will be an adults only celebration! Enjoy the night off!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress their best! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or t-shirts. The dress code for the evening is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Keep in mind that while South Georgia can be mild, temperatures can drop in the evenings, so layering is encouraged to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the evening.

Question

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Statesboro has several good hotels & Airbnb's to choose from! If you're looking for a hotel room we recommend staying at either Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express (Main Street), Home2 Suites or the Hampton Inn Statesboro (near Walmart Market, Brampton Ave). We have a wedding block reserved at the Holiday Inn express on Main Street, Downtown Statesboro. Click the 'travel' tab for more information.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:45 PM so we ask that you plan to arrive with enough time to find parking and make your way to your seats. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Candace and Cody have their special moment, uninterrupted.

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

For the ceremony the first row of seats in the front on either side are going to be reserved for immediate family members only, but all others will be open seating. We kindly ask that when you are seating yourselves to fill the outsides first (away from the aisle) to ensure smooth seating. For the reception there will be a designated sweetheart table for Cody and I, as well as tables reserved for immediate family members only which will all be appropriately marked with signs. Please do not sit at these tables if you are not immediate family. Bridal parties will also have a designated area to sit with their families.

Question

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place out in the courtyard. It is located to the left of the Foxhall, right behind the water tower, and the reception/after party will be held inside the Foxhall building.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! There is a courtyard where the ceremony will take place, which will also have a few cocktail tables set up, and the reception/after party is located inside the building.

Question

What time does the reception/after party end?

Answer

We will be doing a "fake exit" around 8 PM *tentatively* to ensure most of our guests are able to participate as we understand some will retire early, and then last call for drinks will be at 10 PM. Our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! We have waited a long time for this day so party accordingly! With that being said, you all mean the world to us and we want to make sure everyone gets home/to their hotel safely so please drink responsibly and be sure you have a designated driver/plan in place. Ubers will be available as well and we will help anyone who needs help getting a ride.

For all the days along the way
