Is there transportation to and from The Lakeway Inn & Resort and Antebellum Oaks?

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

If you are travelling from out of town, yes, we would love to have you bring your kids! If you are from Austin, we want our wedding to be your night off! However, childcare and kids' activities will be provided at the reception for children under the age of 6.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable. Here's a simple guide: Men - Jeans, button-down shirt, blazer, or suit (tuxedo t-shirts, although funny, not encouraged). Women - Dress pants, dresses, or skirts (the idea is to look better than your date).

The wedding is in December. Will it be cold?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside on the afternoon of December 20th. The reception and after party will be indoors. Dress to be comfortable. We advise checking the weather in Lakeway, Texas when packing your bags.

Where should we stay?

Answer

We strongly encourage all guests to stay at the Lakeway Inn Resort & Spa. We have a room block available with discounted rates and would love for everyone to stay together. You never know what friendships you'll strike up.

Should we rent a car if coming from out of state?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Lakeway Inn Resort & Spa to the wedding. All other transportation, including to and from the airport is at your discretion.
