Additional Travel Requirement

There is a European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) scheduled to be implemented for US Citizens late 2026. This will be REQUIRED to enter Italy. It is a pre-travel screen and costs 7 Euros per adult. More information will sent out about this when/if it goes into effect.

Can I bring a date?

All invited guests will be indicated on the mailed invitation. Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate them at our wedding. Our wedding is adults only with the exception of a few close family members. I know this can present challenges, but we hope that with some extra planning you and your partner can join us for a kid free weekend away. We hope this time can be a chance for you to unwind, celebrate, and soak up the beauty of Tuscany. Thank you so much for making the journey to be with us, it means the world!

Do I need a power adapter?

Yes - Italy uses Type C, F, and L plugs. *You will also need a converter if you have anything that uses 110-120V (ie hair dryers, straighteners, steamers), it will need to be converted to 220-240V.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

We recommend booking flights as early as possible, ideally 6–9 months in advance, especially for international travel during summer. Prices and availability can change quickly, so the earlier, the better! If you’ve been saving up credit card points or airline miles, this is the moment to put them to good use! Many guests have had success booking with points through cards like Chase Sapphire, Amex Platinum, or Capital One Venture, especially if you’re flexible with your travel dates by a day or two. Pro tip: Set a flight alert on sites like Google Flights or Hopper, and try searching nearby airports (Florence, Rome, Milan) for the best deals.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our hope is that all of the events will be hosted outside. Daytime can be in the 70s and night time can be in the low 50s. Pack layers and dress accordingly! Bring a swimsuit so you can use the pool too :)
