The story of the rest of our lives began one peaceful evening in the beautiful rustic city of Ibadan, where our paths crossed for the first time. What started as casual small talk quickly became a deeper, undeniable special connection. We found in each other a meaningful friendship rooted in laughter, shared aspirations, and stories of our recent past. Without realizing it, we were laying the foundation of the love that would one day become our forever home. After eight years of friendship, we decided to be together in 2018, even as distance separated us—Rolayo was completing her Master’s degree in the United States, while Jimi was completing his medical degree in Poland. Despite the miles between us, our bond only grew stronger. In 2021, we were legally married and, in 2022, welcomed our beautiful daughter, Amiola. What began as friendship has flourished into a love that has deepened through both joys and challenges. As we’ve grown individually and together, our connection has strengthened with each passing day. Thank you for being part of this celebration of our love ❤️
