When do I need to book the hotel by?

Answer

If you choose to stay in the hotel, it will need to be booked by August 4th in order to be included in the block at the discounted rate.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue at 4:45, and a shuttle returning to the hotel at 11:45. Look for a school bus.

Will there be parking on site?

Ample parking is available on site.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor garden ceremony, however we will move the ceremony indoors in case of rain or extreme heat. Dinner and reception will be indoors, with an attached outdoor courtyard. The courtyard will have bonfires and bean bags.

Feel free to dress in either formal or cocktail attire.
