When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are requesting RSVPs by no later than Wednesday, July 15th. We know this is slightly earlier than typical wedding invites require, but due to our hotel commitments, we need this information early!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. For those who wish to celebrate with a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon—an experience we’re so excited to share as newlyweds.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The welcome party dress code is casual attire. The wedding dress code is cocktail attire. All events will be a mix of indoor and outdoor, and our wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn. We encourage guests to avoid stiletto heels, as the grass can be soft.

When is hotel check-in available?

Answer

Hotel check-in is available from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Friday, September 25th. Our wedding guests will be the only ones at The Wylder Hotel all weekend! As such, the team requires every available moment prior to our arrival to be ready for the party! Please know that should you arrive prior to 4pm, early check-ins are unlikely. If your travels have you arriving earlier in the day, we encourage you to plan a pit-stop in St. Michaels on your way to the hotel. If your travel plans cannot allow you to arrive prior to 8pm, please let us know!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests are welcome to arrive at 5:00 PM for a welcome cocktail prior to the ceremony.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Answer

Yes! Tickler's Crab Shack and Restaurant operates on limited hours during wedding weekends, so please be aware of the schedule below! Are dogs allowed at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we love dogs! The Wylder Hotel charges a $58 deep cleaning fee per dog, per night. Your Dog is allowed leashed and well behaved everywhere on the property except for the swimming pool area and the inside restaurant. We think this goes without saying, but please plan to keep all dogs in your rooms during our wedding ceremony and reception.
