There is parking on premises- $7.00 to self park, and $20 to valet. (Prices may differ for overnight guests) There’s always street parking around the hotel as well for a lower price.
We have a formal venue, & therefore request formal wear. (think dress shoes + ties; fancy cocktail dresses + heels) We respectfully ask no casual wear (ie; jeans, khakis, flannels, hats, sun dresses, flip flops, etc.) ...it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed :)
If your RSVP says "& guest", then sure. If not, we'd love to dance all night with just you! On each RSVP card it will say how many seats we've reserved for you. Due to COVID-19 regulations there unfortunately is absolutely zero wiggle room with extra guests
We love your kids, we really do...but we'd like to give you the night off. & With the alcohol flowing it's best to leave the littles with a sitter.
We worked very hard to accommodate everyone’s palate / preferences / allergies. We crafted a menu with 4 stations so guests can create what they’d like. You’ll just have to come & find out :)
It was very important to us to make things as easy as possible for our guests- so all events are under one roof. No shuttle needed. All you have to do is kick back and relax for the day.
Yes! We will maintain guidelines as directed by the CDC, & the Marriot hotel group. Chairs will be spread out for the ceremony, & the ballroom holds 2,500 people.. so there will be plenty of room to spread out & enjoy yourselves. I will do my best to seat those from the same family / household together. Our food stations will have plexiglass dividers, and all staff will be in necessary PPE. As always, please wear a mask (or don’t) whenever comfortable, & keep a respectful distance from others you don’t know. **A MASK IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE BUILDING** We are following “restaurant regulations” in regards to mask wearing. So if you are up and about (ie; going to the restroom) please put one on. & if you are eating and / or drinking a mask is not needed.
