Question
Will there be shuttles?
Answer
We will have shuttles pick up guests up at Hotel Petaluma in Downtown Petaluma at 315pm. There will also be shuttles that bring guests from the venue back to Hotel Petaluma at the end of the night.

Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue if you would rather drive yourself than take the shuttle.

Can I take an Uber/Lyft instead?
Answer
Rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft can pick you up from downtown Petaluma to take you to the venue. Unfortunately, they don’t reliably pick up guests at the wedding venue. If taking a rideshare, please plan to take the shuttle or have an alternative ride back after the wedding

Does Hotel Petaluma Have Parking?
Answer
No, unfortunately Hotel Petaluma does not have their own parking. They recommend using their loading zones temporarily to check in to their room and drop off their stuff. The hotel then recommends parking for free at the Keller Street Garage at 120 Keller St, Petaluma, CA 94952 (3 min walk from hotel). No parking pass required if parking on top floor. Alternatively, you can use the street parking. Please note that if parking after 4pm, you would have to move your car by 10am the next morning. If you have any questions, please call Khiem at 408-750-6321 or speak with the Hotel Petaluma front desk at check in.

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. Recommend cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, midi skirts with nice tops, dressy pantsuits, or elegant separates for women. A suit (tie optional), sport coat with dress pants for men. We already know everyone will look stunning!

What is the weather going to be like?
Answer
In mid-July, Petaluma, CA typically experiences pleasant summer weather. Average daytime temperatures range from the mid-70s to mid-80s°F, however there are some occasional heatwaves with highs in the low 90s°F. As the evening approaches, temperatures can drop to the mid 50s-60s °F, so we recommend bringing light layers to stay comfortable. With low chances of rain during this season, we hope for a lovely day to celebrate together!

Is the wedding outdoor or indoor?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. We will then proceed into the barn for an indoor reception.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, only those listed on your invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring kids?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only (with the exception of our nieces and nephews). We'd love to have your kids at the Lagunitas welcome dinner the night before though. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We want to make sure everyone is able to celebrate comfortably and our caterer can accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please reach out to Khiem if you have any particular restrictions.
