What date should I RSVP by?

Please respond by August 17th to ensure we can celebrate with you on our big day.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:45 PM to mingle and find your seats before our 4:00 PM ceremony.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Formal attire: We kindly request guests wear a suit and tie, floor-length dress, or formal jumpsuit. Color is encouraged!

Is there parking available at your venue?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at our venue if you choose to drive. We will also be offering a complementary shuttle to and from The Bradford Estate. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for more details.

Have you reserved a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved room blocks with two local hotels. Please check out the Travel & Accommodations page for more details on how to book a room. Rooms are available at a discounted rate for the evenings of Saturday 9/13/25 and Sunday 9/14/25. Space is limited, please let us know if you are having trouble booking so we can expand the group!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will be offering a complementary shuttle from SpringHill Suites Mt. Laurel to The Bradford Estate and back. If you are staying at the Hyatt, it is a short ten minute drive to SpringHill Suites to catch the bus. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for more details.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Both our cocktail hour and wedding reception will be held indoors.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please include all allergies and dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can collaborate with you and the venue to find something that works for you. *Please note our food will not be certified kosher. However, we will have many pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan options available.*

What is the closest airport?
Answer
We recommend flying in to PHL. Please note that there is no public transportation from the airport to our hotels or wedding venue.
