We're getting married!

On October 5th, 2019 Jon and I went on a long anticipated trip with our Moms to Lake Tahoe, California. It is a vacation we had been looking forward to for much of 2019. We arrived and everything was beautiful, just how we imagined it! On October 7th, 2019 we made our way out to the Emerald Bay lookout before going to a nice dinner. We arrived at the lookout just before sunset. Jon was eagerly trying to lead me down a path, but I was just as eager to climb up to the top of the rocks for the best view. Little did I know, Jon had hired photographers who were patiently waiting for him to get into position. Eventually we walked down off the rocks and Jon led me to a clearing at the lookout. He took my hand and nervously got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. We both cried as we listened to bystanders clap and congratulate us. It was such a special moment for us, and it is just the beginning of our story! We can't wait to share our special day with all of our family and friends, thank you for all of the love.
