We met in Austin on the set of a western TV show a few months after graduating college (same college, same major, never met)... Morgyn was a cast assistant and Mitchell was a video tech assistant. Their first meeting was on a Texas ranch in a sun-splotched creek, running water over river stones. It was a humble introduction met with a strange familiarity. It was vivid; it was magic. The feeling hasn’t stopped since.

Months before Mitchell turned thirty, Morgyn knew she wanted him to have the most memorable birthday party. An unforgettable night where he would feel the most love he could possibly feel. Naturally, she planned him a surprise funeral so all of his friends could monologue about what a beautiful spirit Mitchell is... was...
