Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have a welcome event starting at 4 PM that will include champagne and a nonalcoholic option. So please, grab a glass and get comfortable! Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. If the ceremony has already begun when you arrive, you will be held in the back.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

It would be great to know if you can attend as soon as possible but our deadline is August 1st.

When should I book hotel?

Answer

July 31st at midnight, any unused rooms will be returned to the general inventory and the group rate will no longer be available for future reservations. Please book as soon as you are able to get a room suited to you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from The Courtyard, where we have additional blocked rooms. The shuttle will arrive at 3:30PM and depart at 3:50PM, arrive at 4PM for the welcome event. The bus will then go back for anyone who missed the first but but please remember, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. The shuttle will be dropping you off directly in front of the ceremony space. You are welcome to use Uber or Lyft though, if desired.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our loved ones get dressed up for our big day!!! Our dress code is formal. Ladies can wear floor length, mid length, or tea length dresses. Please steer clear of white, ivory, cream, or champagne-colored dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests that were formally invited. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!!

What side should I sit on?

Answer

Our wedding is a special day for all of our loved ones to enjoy together, so please pick a seat and not a side.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We will have a professional photographer and videographer during the ceremony that will capture our special moments saying “I Do”. We promise to share the photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos or videos as you’d like!!! There will also be a Photobooth present at the reception.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones! However, we decided to keep our reception an adult only event. We encourage you to use this night as a date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, notify Morgon or Justin and they can let the venue know.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be ample parking right onsite for the ceremony and reception. If you have any questions, please go to the Lobby for guidance.
