What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is starting strictly at 4pm. Please find your seat no later than 3:45 PM. Please allow time to park and walk to ceremony location. Anyone arriving late to the ceremony will be asked to wait until ceremony is over.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Only those formally addressed on the invitations are allowed to attend the ceremony and reception. There will be no substitutions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be in a field so please wear appropriate shoes. Semi-Formal Please refrain from wearing white (or any similar shade), blue (of any shade), or burgundy/red.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. It is approximately a 3-5 min walk from the parking area to the ceremony/reception area. We will have accommodations for those who need it.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only those formally invited on the invitations may be present.

Will there be assigned seating for the tables?

Answer

Yes. Please do not stray from the seating chart. We have it set up this way for a reason.

Can I video and take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please turn all electronics off and keep them put away. If a phone is caught out during the ceremony, you will be asked to leave.

RSVP???

Answer

Please RSVP by the date listed on the invitation. We need the final numbers by that date to give to our caterer. If you do not RSVP by the date listed, you will automatically be marked as not attending. Please do not RSVP attending if you are not certain you will be there.

WHERE DO I SIT FOR THE CEREMONY?

Unless told otherwise, please sit from the 2nd row back. Do not sit in first row.

WHAT WILL BE SERVED AT DINNER?

Answer

We are renting a taco truck.

DRINKS?

Answer

Soft drinks and water will be available for everyone. If you want to drink alcohol, please be aware that this is a BYOB event.

SECURITY?

Answer

Security personnel will be present to maintain a private, invitation-only event for guests' safety and enjoyment. Security will not allow anyone into event if they are not on the guest list.

HOTEL BLOCKS AND SHUTTLE

Answer

No hotel blocks have been arranged. It is up to you as the guest for lodging necessities. Uber is available through their app.
