What type of weather should I plan for?

Gilroy can be very warm. Expect sunshine and highs around 80 degrees. Nighttime lows are in the mid 50s.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as possible to ensure the best selection and availability. The discounted block of rooms is available only until May 1st...or until sold out.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal attire is suggested. The Ceremony is outdoors on the lawn, so be mindful when choosing footwear.

How do I make my meal selection?

The reception will feature a full buffet with plenty of options for all, including gluten-free and vegetarian dishes.

Will there be a bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We are pleased to host an open bar, which will open immediately after the Ceremony. If you arrive early, you are welcome to purchase a beverage at the bar while you wait.

What if my plans change and I can no longer attend?

Please let us know as soon as you know, by May 15th, if possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a large parking lot adjacent to the Club House.

Is there a shuttle to & from the hotel and the venue?

Answer

No. There is no organized transportation. If you don't have a designated driver, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber, if you plan to enjoy our open bar.
