Grab a map from the Visitors Center and take a tour of campus, we love walking The Horseshoe. The Courtyard hotel is walking distance from campus.
West Columbia Riverwalk
Easy and scenic walking path along the Congaree River, located a few minutes from the Vista.
The Vista
The Vista neighborhood is like the Main Street of Columbia, with sidewalks lined with local shops and restaurants. This is where the Aloft and SpringHill Suites hotels are located.
Five Points
Hip neighborhood full of shops and restaurants during the day, turns into a nightlife hot spot. Grab a coffee and see if you can find the Hootie and Blowfish statue as you wander around.
Columbia Fireflies game
Columbia's minor league baseball team, the Fireflies, host the Augusta GreenJackets for a weekend series from April 6th to April 8th. Enjoy a night out at the ballgame!
Papa Jazz Record Shop

Fun place for food & drinks in the Vista, makes amazing quesadillas and queso. One of our favorite college hang out spots - turns into a vibrant bar in the evenings.

Delicious tacos and margaritas served here, Morgan recommends the prickly pear margarita. Located on Devine Street, north of Five Points.
