We have limited rooms blocked at The Cork Factory in Downtown Lancaster for a discounted rate. At this time, the other main hotels in Downtown Lancaster are not providing hotel room blocks for our wedding weekend. Please book accommodations as soon as possible. Any lodging options located near/in Downtown Lancaster will be easily accessible to shuttle service.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please ensure you are at least 30 minutes early to the ceremony to enjoy a welcome drink, to mingle with guests, and to find your seat before the ceremony begins.
Yes. This event is formal attire, including mid-length or floor length dresses and suits with or without a tie. Pastel colors and suits in lighter hues are encouraged at our garden wedding party, but not required! Please no jeans or causal attire.
Although we love your little ones, no children outside the bride and groom's immediate family are invited. This will primarily be an adults only event.
Yes. The bride and groom will be providing a shuttle to/from the venue from a central hotel/location in downtown Lancaster.
Yes. There is ample parking available at Drumore Estate.
No. Ubers and other ride shares are rarely available near the venue, especially on quiet spring nights when wildlife often wanders through the Amish countryside. We recommend planning your transportation in advance. A shuttle service will be provided, and there will be plenty of parking available, if you choose to drive.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP.
No. We are having an “unplugged ceremony”. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and video as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like throughout the night. Stay tuned for how you can share the memories you captured with the bride and groom!
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the gardens of the property. The reception/sit-down dinner will be under a large tent on the back patio with late night dancing to follow indoors.
