Can I bring my children?
Answer
Unless they are specifically invited, anyone under 18 must stay home.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the large number of family and friends in attendance, no additional guests may come.

What is the wedding attire?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Pat and Gina request your brightest colors and ask that dresses not have black as the primary color. Black suits are perfectly fine.

No she is not, thanks for asking.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes. Please see the travel tab for details and discount rate.

Can I add a third night to my hotel room?
Answer
See travel tab. If you book the same room type as the hotel block reservation you will be in the same room all nights. The block discount only applies on Saturday and Sunday night.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

A vegan/gluten free option will be provided to guests with dietary restrictions

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors (Smith Environmental Courtyard), cocktail hour and reception are indoors (Visitor Hall). All are located at the museum.

Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
If you are staying at the Courtyard at University Circle, there will be a shuttle to and from the venue on a first come first serve basis. Please be ready to reserve an Uber or walk (15 min) if you are not on the last shuttle.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking in the museum garage for all guests. All guests who parked will need to get a sticker from the day of coordinator for parking validation

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The doors will open at 6 pm, please do not be late you will not be allowed entry to the ceremony after 6:30 pm

Will the Cleveland Airshow affect traffic?
Answer
The venue is not located in the heart of downtown Cleveland; you should be unaffected by the increased traffic from the airshow as long as you stay close to the venue. Please allow extra time for travel if you choose to stay downtown
