Alex and Leah first met 15 years ago in grade school, where they became lifelong friends. They remained friends all through middle and high school, speaking on special occasions and at social gatherings. Alex and Leah then both got accepted into Radford University for the Fall of 2018. They continued their friendship freshman year, where Alex would invite Leah to come to fraternity parties and study sessions. Early sophomore year, Alex officially asked Leah to be his girlfriend (November 28th, 2019). After about a year of dating, Alex and Leah joined their fraternity friends for a weekend in pigeon forge TN, where Alex LAV'ed Leah into his fraternity (for you non-greek life folk, this was a huge deal). The next several years consisted of lots of laughter, vacations, and growing, both individually and as a couple. They continued through college spending every day together and hanging out with friends every chance they got, including vacationing in Cancun with all of their college friends for a week. Alex and Leah have traveled to several different states and cities, continuing to make memories whenever, and wherever, they can. Alex then got a full-time job and supported Leah in all of her academic goals. After five years, two degrees, a few jobs, two apartments, and one cat later (Jalapeno), Alex FINALLY proposed on November 29th 2024. This beautiful couple is now going on 7 years together, are currently in their 3rd shared apartment and have sense added another little kitty to their gang!! (Lasagna) This journey has been and continues to be an absolute blessing, and we cannot wait to celebrate our love with all of you by our side!
