Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 4/4/2022 at the latest.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start exactly at 3:30pm, and so we recommend arriving at 3pm for pre-ceremony mingling. Please arrive no later than 3:15pm in order to be seated and comfortable by the time we begin. The gate to enter the property will be closed at 3:30pm and will not open until after the ceremony is complete. The parking area is very close to the ceremony location. As such, any arrival after 3:30pm would be a disruption to the ceremony. Please arrive on time!

Question

What is the ceremony location like?

Answer

The Evergreen Inn is somewhat rustic, and entirely outside. For example, the ground is unpaved at many locations on the site, especially as you walk from the ceremony site to the reception area, so be mindful when picking your shoes and let us know if you will have a disability that may require accommodations so that we can meet your needs. It does get a little cold at night (it's the mountains!) so bring warm layers to use as the sun sets. If it's cold, we will have heat lamps set up around the reception area. Please be aware that once you are off the main road in Frazier park, as you approach the venue, the roads are unpaved dirt. Be prepared and careful as you drive up. Please carpool if at all possible. If you would like help coordinating a carpool please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

How do I get to Evergreen Inn?

Answer

We will provide detailed driving directions by email in advance of the ceremony. Please be aware that once you are off the main road in Frazier park, as you approach the venue, the roads are unpaved dirt. Please be prepared and drive very carefully. And please, please carpool if at all possible. If you would like help coordinating a carpool please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

What's with the noise ordinance?

Answer

The noise ordinances require that we shut off the amplified music at 9:45pm. But we will still have lots of unamplified fun into the wee hours of the night.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we're unable to provide plus ones that are not indicated directly on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless your child is named on the invitation we are unable to accommodate them.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're going to be pretty dressed up and we'd be happy if you joined us. At the end of the day, you should wear whatever you are most beautiful in.

Question

What kind of food are you serving?

Answer

We're happy to take any dietary restrictions into consideration, so please be sure to let us know if you have any allergies or restrictions when you RSVP. We will have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available during the cocktail hour and the dinner. We will additionally have a meat (chicken) option, if you prefer animal protein. Dinner will be served buffet style.

Question

What if I'm not vaccinated?

Answer

You need to get vaccinated to come, buddy! Them's the rules! We will be requesting proof of vaccination in order to attend.
