What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony starts time so you can get settled before the proceedings. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:15 PM, so we recommend arriving between 3:45 and 4:00 PM!

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event! Men should be in tuxedos or suits. Ladies should be in long evening gowns (covering your toes) *slits are allowed or fancy two-piece suits. No one should wear white or any variation!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay within the max guest count allowed for our venue. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding

Are any wedding events outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour will have an inside and outside portion and all reception events will be held indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available! We will also be providing codes for uber/lyft services to and from the wedding.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be prompted a question that asks for any dietary restrictions. Please input your restrictions/allergies there!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes, at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Warrenton there is a room block. You can click the "Travel Tab" for more information on this hotel as well! Please book your room sooner than later! There are other hotels in the area, however, this is the only hotel that we have a wedding room block!
