When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by January 19th, 2025 along with your meal selection.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4pm to allow enough time to be seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our venue, the Vancouver Club, does have a dress code in effect. The attire for the wedding will be semi-formal - gowns and tuxes are welcome, but so are suits and cocktail dresses. The reception, cocktail hour and ceremony will be held indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to our venue capacity we have included the names of the guests in your party on your invitation. Please contact us directly if you have any questions.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to your invitation to confirm your guest count.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Zack or Morgan directly for any allergies so we may notify the kitchen in advance. Selection of the Vegetarian Entree option will also notify our kitchen to ensure your starters are also vegetarian unless we are otherwise notified.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. However, there are many hotels located within one to two blocks from the Vancouver Club where the wedding will be held.
