We're getting married!

Morgan & Victor met at Towson University where they lived in the same apartment complex. After meeting in passing a couple of times, Victor would time his arrival from early morning ROTC sessions when Morgan was working early shifts at the front desk. Victor used several techniques to strike up conversation, including bringing random papers to the front desk to ask Morgan to borrow the stapler. They soon went on their first date to Loch Raven Reservoir!

Victor planned and perfectly executed a surprise proposal in Annapolis, MD. Morgan arrived in Annapolis thinking they were meeting her friend, Emily (now Maid of Honor) and her boyfriend for a double date weekend. Victor surprised Morgan with a proposal at the waterfront and then a celebration with their families and friends at a restaurant nearby!
