Sailing into Forever

We met at the University of Miami in January 2020. Tyler first saw Morgan walking past a fountain on campus and thought it would be the only time he’d ever see her. A few days later, he spotted her again in the Athlete Cafeteria. With a little help from his teammates, he found out she was a golfer — and from that moment, our story began. Only a few months into our relationship, the world changed. We found ourselves navigating the pandemic together... our very first test as a couple. Those months taught us resilience, patience, and just how much we truly wanted to share life side by side. From the very start, sports have been woven into who we are. Tyler played football, and Morgan was always in the stands, traveling to stadiums near and far to cheer him on. Game days quickly turned into family days — with RV tailgates, figuring out parking, hours of laughter before kickoff, and after-parties back at the house. Those weekends created memories we’ll never forget, and our families instantly became one. Golf was just as much a part of our journey. Tyler caddied for Morgan during tournaments, helped her prepare before her rounds, and was always there to calm the nerves before each tee shot. Supporting one another — on the field, on the course, and in life — became the foundation of our relationship. One of the sweetest parts of our story was welcoming Palmer into our lives. That little pup has brought us more joy than we could have imagined, and he’s been by our side through every chapter since. The proposal was disguised as an ordinary day — golf, dinner, and a walk on the beach. But when Morgan turned around, Tyler was on one knee, with his family rushing out from hiding to celebrate. The weather, which was supposed to be stormy, turned into one of the most beautiful nights we’d ever seen. It was a moment that felt like a dream — and one we’ll never forget. When it came time to choose a wedding venue, Castle Hill Inn was the very first place we visited — and the only one we needed to. Between the breathtaking coastal views and the timeless charm, it instantly felt like the place where our forever should begin. As we look forward to our wedding day, our greatest hope is that it feels like us — warm, coastal, joyful, and full of love. We can’t wait to celebrate surrounded by our family and friends who have been part of our story from the very beginning.
