Wedding Party

We are excited to introduce our friends that have walked through life with us and will walk down the aisle with us!

Madison

Matron of Honor

Morgan and I met about 20 ago when she moved into the neighborhood. Bringing over that plate of welcome cookies was probably the best day of my life. That day I met my best friend, my sister, my Disney travel buddy. We have had 2 decades of amazing memories together and I know she is the one person who I’ll have with me the rest of my life. I hope Tyler’s ready, because we’re a package deal! I can’t wait for a lifetime of family vacations and rolling around causing trouble at the nursing home together. I’m so grateful to be standing next to Morgan as her maid of honor on her big day!

Audrey

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I have been friends since we were Girl Scouts. We grew up together and spent summers boating on Lake Cumberland and riding roller coasters. In high school, we got ready for school dances together. When it came time for college, Morgan went to the University of Kentucky and I went to the University of Louisville but the distance didn’t change our friendship! I am so excited for this next chapter and celebrating with Morgan and Tyler!

Haley

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I met in middle school and have been close ever since. I honestly don’t remember exactly when we met because she’s so much a part of my life and my memories, it’s like she’s always been there.

Kimberly

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I met during our freshman year at UK! We were sorority sisters and roommates and she is one of my very best friends. I am so thrilled to be part of such an amazing day for Morgan and Tyler!

Annie

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I met through our sorority and connected over our shared love of politics and tacos. All my best college memories involve her in some way, and I am so lucky to call her my friend! I can’t wait to celebrate her and Tyler staring this new chapter of life!

Jourdan

Bridesmaid

Morgan asked me to submit both a recent photo of myself and a couple sentences about how we met, and I’m going to fail on both accounts because this is an old photo and a story that is not about how we met. To be honest, I really don’t remember how we met, it may have even been at Bid Day at our sorority house. This photo was taken our freshman year when Alpha Gam did a mixer ski trip with Triangle Fraternity (hi Andre). This photo was taken after she very nervously asked if I would be her roommate in the sorority house next year and right before Andre pushed me down the ski slope. Neither one of them has been able to get rid of me since. Morgan’s a way better roommate though! Sorry, Tyler, Mo+Jo = roomies for life, so you’re stuck with me now too!

Dalton

Best Man

Tyler and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. It’s hard to think of the first time we met because we’ve really been together our whole lives. He’s not just my best friend but he’s like another brother to me. We grew up working hard but never taking things too seriously. One of my favorite memories has to have been when we were younger, we spent almost every day in the summer at his Mamaw’s house. Those days were the best and I’m glad to call Tyler my best friend.

Playing Fortnite with Tyler and my brother Ben, where each kill, death, or down meant taking a shot of whatever liquor you had on hand. Ben and I aren’t very good, and as the games went on the conversation and gameplay got goofier. I don’t remember how long we played for, but I do remember it being some of the most fun that I had that year. The next day, however, was one of the worst hangovers I have ever had. ‘Nuff said.

I am an enigma to Tyler. To him, I'm two people all at once; we met very early at UK Orientation, palled around for a Scavenger Hunt, generally made a ruckus in Woodland Glen IV, and were rather loud in lecture with inane jokes that unironically helped us with the material. Then came our first Spring, and on one sunny February day, I just wanted to wear my sunglasses - little did I know that I would place Tyler in an existential crisis as my two beings merged: the "me" he had met at Orientation wearing said sunglasses and the guy he had been hanging out and studying with for the last 7 months were in fact the same person, and this was something he couldn't handle in the moment. I'm still not sure he has ever really been able to handle it, and I'm not even the one with an actual twin.

Tyler and I became good friends during high school, and he remains to this day someone I consider a dear friend. Some fond memories I have that involve Tyler include Lord Of The Rings marathons, sharing our love of video games, going to Renaissance fairs, and simply being in a friend group that values honor and pure fun. Tyler is an exceptional person and I am truly blessed to be his friend.

Garret

Groomsman

I have been friends with Tyler starting with kindergarten at Mason County through college at the University of Kentucky when we were roommates. Over twenty years has given us plenty of memories, it is too difficult to pick one as a favorite. From passing around jelly beans in the pit orchestra to playing hantis for hours during the summer. From spending snow days playing on the PlayStation to college weekends playing board games. From road trips to Lord of the Rings marathons. It has been a pleasure to be friends with Tyler for such a long time. I look forward to a continued friendship with both him and Morgan in the future.

Typically whenever Tyler and I are hanging around, it's always going to be funny. One of those moments was after a snowfall at UK's campus. We decided that it would be a good idea to unscrew the top of one of the trash cans on campus and use it as a bootleg sled since we were poor college students. One of the best memories involving Tyler was when he told me that he wanted to date Morgan. Morgan had no clue the guy constantly studying with her, actually liked her. So with the help of Jourdan, we were able to set Morgan and Tyler up behind the scenes. Seeing that work out all the way up to now has been fun.
