3:30 pm - Earliest arrival (unless helping to set up) 4 pm - Ceremony 4:30 pm - Cocktail hour/photos 5:30 pm - First dances 6 pm - Dinner 6:45 pm - Dessert/toast 7 pm - Dancing!! 8:30 pm - Start wrapping up/packing up 9 pm - Have to be out
