Somebody once told me that I would find someone who makes me feel happy, safe, and loved. Someone who I would spend the rest of my life with. Although, if you told me that would happen while working at Shrek 4-D, I'd laugh. I had been working there for a while and then one day this guy from Jurassic Park transferred to the venue. I complained about our colleagues to his trainer while he was training, but it didn't seem to phase him as he had no desire to be working at Shrek. Time would pass and he'd get comfortable at Shrek (though still not wanting to be there) and then one day we'd get paired together and he became "my other half." We spent the day working together and you could say the rest was history since we didn't stop talking from that point. We'd bond over our love of Disney, theme parks, and Taco Bell, just to name a few. Tony would take me to Disney before I had an annual pass, and he was stuck with me from then on. Like all good love stories, we've had our ups and downs, but when we came back together I dare say our relationship was stronger than before. Then, on a work trip to Disneyland, Tony worked with some of the best people we know to pull off the best surprise, asking me to be his wife. It was the ugliest cry and easiest yes I've ever had! I've been so grateful for the love and support from Tony, our families, and our friends, and I can't wait to see what other adventures are in store!
