Where is the ceremony and reception taking place

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held at Hidden Greens Events Venue in Hastings Minnesota. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.

What time should I arrive

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat and enjoy a pre ceremony cocktail.

Is there parking on site or transportation

Answer

Hidden Greens has parking on site for guests and cars may stay overnight. We also are providing a shuttle service from Treasure Island to Hidden Greens starting at 1:30 until the ceremony. Returning trips to Treasure Island will be available starting at 9pm until the end of the night.

Is there a dress code

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends all dressed up with us in semi-formal attire. We recommend cocktail/mid/floor length dresses or dressy jumpsuits, Suits or dress pants with dress shirts. We kindly ask no jeans.

Are children invited

Answer

We love all of the little ones in our lives but unless specified this will be an adult only celebration. We hope that your understand and enjoy a fun date night away.

Can I take photos during the ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during our ceremony and invite you to be fully present with us during our special moment. We have a wonderful photographer that will capture photos during the ceremony and we promise to share them with you all after.

We are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
