Our ceremony and reception are taking place in Barhamsville, just outside of Williamsburg, VA. Hotels and all accommodations will be in Williamsburg, VA.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only event to allow all guests a night of relaxation.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation says 'and Guest,' then yes!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Cocktail Attire. For women, this means midi or maxi dresses; for men, a suit and tie or a formal blazer. Mostly, we want you to feel comfortable!

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will pick up guests at the Embassy to the venue and return back to the hotel following the reception. Please review the Travel page for more details.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, if you prefer to drive, there is ample parking available at Gauthier.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly, while the reception will be on a covered patio.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony to allow our photographer to work their magic. Please keep phones tucked away until the cocktail hour!
