The most important wish from the Bride and Groom is that our guests are comfortable, but also wears something nice for a special occasion. Please wear something that makes you feel confident but comfortable! We kindly ask men to wear either slacks or khaki pants with a button down or polo shirt. Dress shoes or boots work perfectly. No jeans, please! We kindly ask women to wear either a dress, skirt, or romper. Ladies - please avoid wearing anything white, cream, or eggshell colored.
We kindly ask everyone to arrive by 4:00pm to ensure nothing is missed, as well as to socialize before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please be sure to get to the venue a little early to find a seat!

Yes! There are upper and lower onsite parking areas that can accommodate around 60 cars total. There is also overflow parking on the property that can accommodate an additional 25+ vehicles. Please consider carpooling if able. Also, there will be a Transport Bus that will be taking guests to and from the venue from the Best Western Hotel and the Pinnacle Inn in Banner Elk, NC. The bus is available until 11pm and will take guests home any time throughout the night! Please consider this option if you are staying at either hotel!
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, so please plan accordingly. This will be followed by a beautiful dinner and dancing indoors in the reception barn. In the event of rain, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be moved indoors.
Of course! There will be a selection of beer, wine, and spirits to chose from - along with a few signature drinks and cocktails. Please be respectful to the bartenders, and remember to plan accordingly to get home safely! **Driving under the influence will be strictly prohibited, so please make arrangements.
Absolutely! But, due to limited guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family and our wedding party. This will be clearly listed on your invitation to come. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Bride or Groom.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you do not not receive a plus one, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!
