Things To Do
If you're visiting from out of town, or just want to walk for a bit in our shoes, here are some of our favorite things to do in the area!
1. Visit the JMU Arboretum
2. Walk the downtown Staunton main street
3. Visit Harrisonburg's local restaurants and cafés
4. Go on a hike in George Washington National Park, or Shenandoah National Park

The JMU Arboretum is beautiful in the spring! Don't be surprised to run into graduates taking photos in the beautiful scenery!
2. Walk the Downtown Staunton Main Street
With restaurants, thrift stores, the Shakespeare Blackfriars Playhouse, and more, there is lots to do in downtown Staunton.
3. Visit Harrisonburg's Local Restaurants and Cafés
We especially love Bella Luna, Magnolia's, and Black Sheep.
4. Take a Hike!
Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Park are just a short drive away! They each offer a wide range of difficulty levels, so whatever your preference, there is one for you!
