Where is the Chapel at Alderson Broaddus University (ABU)?

Answer

The campus at ABU is relatively small and it is easy to find parking (basically anywhere). During our wedding, the students will be on summer break so there are no restrictions or limitations on where you can park. If you are entering campus at the main entrance (with the large ABU sign to the left) the Wilcox Chapel is up the hill and located in the back left corner of the "quad" next to Burbick Hall.

How far is the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at the chapel at Alderson Broaddus University and the reception will be afterwards at the 4T arena in Bridgeport, WV. There are not many places to stay in Philippi, WV (where ABU is), so we have been encouraging people to stay in Bridgeport if they plan on this. Philippi to Bridgeport is about a 30-35 minute drive. I will elaborate more on this in the travel section.

Are children welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. Thank you in advance for understanding!
