We have a firm guest list to stay on budget, and to ensure that we are surrounded by our family & friends on our special day, therefore please keep guests limited to those included on your RSVP. There will also be a seating chart so extra people will not be accounted for. Those not included on your invitation may not be accommodated. Thank you!
While we absolutely adore all the littles, we would prefer for you to be able to be completely in the moment with us without worrying about kiddos. This will not be an alcohol free environment and music choices may not be appropriate for little ears.
We ask that you try and RSVP by September 15th so that we can have a head count for food and seating. If you cannot attend we will miss you but please let us know as soon as you can. If we have not received your RSVP by the 15th we will mark it as a ‘no’ as we need final head counts at that time for venue and vendors- you will be missed!
We plan on starting the ceremony around 4:30 so please arrive 15-20 minutes prior. This will give us a small amount of wiggle room but keep us on schedule!
The ceremony itself will be outdoors as well as cocktail hour if the weather is nice! The reception will be indoors with option to open large barn doors for more room and air dependent on weather!
Wear what you are comfortable in! We aren’t picky :)
Yes there is parking at the venue. Please do not try and go through closed gates as the venue owners do live on site in their own personal home. They have done a phenomenal job helping us so we want to be as respectful of their property as possible. All parking will be behind the venue in gravel lot.
Yes! We have hired an incredible photography team and we adore their work! We will happily share all the photos and videos they take. Please make their jobs as simple as possible and leave your phone in your pockets!
There will be beer and seltzers available. There is no outside drinks allowed.
