We met during our first few weeks of undergrad at St. Edward’s University. Morgan was on the baseball team, and Sarah was on the soccer team, so naturally we had a lot of mutual friends through athletics. We often hung out with the same group of people and eventually began talking more and more. We discovered that we had the same professor for our Spanish course, so we began studying together and that eventually turned into a first date. Our first official date was a picnic at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas where we watched all the dogs run around us, ate Home Slice Pizza, and admired the ATX skyline behind us. From then on, we took every chance we got to spend time together, which often led to long conversations into the night, and through this our relationship has blossomed into something so special!

On July 16th, 2022, we were on a two week trip to Hawaii when Morgan got down on one knee and proposed. We were in Waimea Valley on the Island of Oahu getting ready to go to a luau when Morgan went off path to a small & quiet amphitheater to pop the question he had been waiting to ask Sarah for the whole trip. It was the most special moment between just the two of us that we will both cherish forever!

Fast forward to now and we are living in Nashville, TN where Morgan works, and Sarah is in grad school. We have been together for over five years and have been able to watch one another flourish in so many aspects of life. We have faced some of the most challenging and some of the most fun parts of life together and cannot wait to continue to do so in this new & exciting chapter of life! We have such a special story and are lucky to have so many amazing friends and family in our lives who have helped us write it along the way.
