Wedding Party

Annie Mullins

Maid of Honor

Oh where to begin with this one... Annie is my ride or die. In sickness or in health, Annie will be there. A bond like sisterhood, but born to be cousins. Annie is at the front of every wonderful memory I have of being a child. Nobody makes me laugh or feel as playful as Annie. Our family tends to complain that we even have this secret language between us because the jokes run so deep. I could not imagine my wedding day without Annie by my side and I have known that since I was six. If you don't know Annie, I can only encourage you to get to know her because she is truly one of the kindest, funniest people you will ever meet. And if you are having trouble finding her, she will be the one silently getting shit done. I love you Annie. -Morgan

Armando DeLao

Best Man

I don't have the words to encapsulate who Armando is, but I am thrilled he has honored me by being my best man (boy?). He could not have appeared at a better time... it was 2020, and we were both hired as seasonal farm hands. We became fast friends during the summer while the world was shut down, and since then, our relationship has only grown deeper. He has helped me navigate difficult times (several times!), we've zig-zagged across the country through jobs and moves, though each hello has been seamless. We've gone on some serious adventures hiking and running trails, and nobody makes me giggle like he does. I am immensely grateful for Armando, and my life is better for meeting him. We shared a love for distance running, growing plants, music, psychology, food, and more. Armando resides in Maine, where he cares for too many animals, takes amazing photos, and runs a Group Home with his shiny new Master's of Social Work. Love, -Sam

Bennett Felkey

Bridesmaid

Bennie, geeze I love you girl! I had wanted siblings my whole life and then one day, poof! There you were! All of a sudden I was completely consumed by the amount of love I felt for this tiny little bald baby! I didn't even know I could feel that much love as a sixteen year old at the time. You are my best friend and I love watching the woman you are becoming. It feels like such a treasure being able to be there for that. Bennie you are so special to me, you are more than the sister I always wanted you are the best sister in the world. I am so happy to have you and Foster in my life and here on my wedding day. -Morgan aka Sissy

Matt Monk

Groomsman

Matt and I have been friends since kindergarten, though somehow we only have 5-10 photos together. We've gotten into plenty of mischief... lighting off M80s, skiing backcountry, running through the woods at night, and much other general nonsense. I'm proud to have known Matt for the majority of my life, and I love watching us grow together. We made a promise at kids that if one of us became a millionaire, we'd fly to the most expensive restaurant in the world and order Mac n' Cheese. Since a million dollars doesn't go as far as it used to... I hope that being part of the wedding is enough for now. We've come a long way from playing Super Mario on the bus together. Matt lives in Olympia with his dad, loves biking, skiing, cars, and getting out on the water. Cheers to the many more adventures and the life to come with you, -Sam

Coby Cowan

Groomsman

Coby and I grew up and went to school together, becoming real friends in high school and beyond. He's responsible for a lot of my good music taste, humor, and is a common character in stories. To start a few, he went by the nickname "Zesty Chicken" in elementary baseball... and we once packed sleeping bags and slept on a metal fishing boat about 100 feet from his house, for no reason at all. I've never met someone so trusted, loved, and effortlessly himself, and I look up to him for who he is and what he has accomplished. Coby works as a lawyer and lives on Bainbridge island with his wife Molly and their two lovely young kids. Congratulations on your new baby and house! -Sam
