When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than July 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30-3:50. There is a large parking lot. When arriving to the venue, follow the long gravel drive way. You will pass a lodging house on the right, continue up the gravel drive to the parking lot.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, but The Meadowood is an indoor/outdoor venue. Weather permitting (gotta love Ohio), the ceremony and reception will take place outside. If there is rain, the ceremony and reception will be held inside. The venue does not have air conditioning but there are plenty of fans and windows that can be opened.

What type of food and drink will be served during the Cocktail Hour and Reception?

Answer

Yes, there is an open bar. There will be a bartender- beer/seltzers and wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages will be available (specifics to come). If you have a specific preference, feel free to BYOB and it can be placed in the cooler with the bartender. Hors d'oeuvres will be available at the beginning of the cocktail hour. There will be buffet-style food (still deciding on specifics). If you have a food allergy/intolerance, please contact Sadie ASAP.
