Attire: Casual Location: Just 3 miles from the hotel Food & Drinks: We’ll be providing drinks (each guest will receive two drink tickets) along with appetizers and pizza. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. RSVP: Please let us know if you plan to attend so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to spend some extra time with everyone who made the trip 🤍

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive prior to 4:00 PM so we can begin on time. Cocktail Hour Immediately following the ceremony, please join us for cocktails and light bites. Reception Dinner and reception to follow at 5:30 PM. All events will take place at the same location for a seamless evening.

Transportation and Parking

Answer

If you are flying in, the hotel offers an airport shuttle. Simply call the hotel upon arrival and they will pick you up. Parking is available at the hotel for $15 per night. The ceremony and reception venue is just 4 miles from the hotel. There is plenty of free parking available at the venue, though we encourage ride sharing with friends and family or using Uber or Lyft.
