Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at Barnwell Chapel, located on Cottage Cir, Mt Berry, GA 30149. Following the ceremony, the reception will be held at East Rome Baptist Church, 601 Cedar Ave SW, Rome, GA 30161-6715. Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking is limited to designated spots around Barnwell Chapel. All cars must be parked in official spaces—please do not park on sidewalks or grass. We kindly ask that the spots closest to the chapel be reserved for guests with disabilities or anyone who may need extra assistance walking shorter distances. Carpooling is strongly encouraged to help make parking easier for everyone.

What shoul I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire, but most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable at our wedding! Any length dress is appropriate, whether knee-length, midi, or floor-length. Light and bright colors will look best for the season, and since it will be warm, breathable fabrics are highly encouraged. For men, khakis or dress pants with a nice button-up shirt are perfect, with jackets optional.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a Mexican-inspired menu with a fajita bar, chips, and plenty of sides. Drinks will include soda, lemonade, and sweet tea, along with a few sweet treats to finish the night. Please note: Alcohol will not be served or available at our wedding. Thank you for helping us honor this request.
