Question

What is the schedule?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM, so please arrive 30 minutes early to avoid interrupting the processional. After the ceremony, guests will enjoy a coffee and hot chocolate bar before reentering the reception space. After dinner, cake, dancing, reception activities, and getting to visit with you, we will have a grand exit at 8PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. No tuxes required - dresses, nice pants, jumpsuits, suits, and khakis/sports coat are all acceptable. Please no jeans or hats.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of space restrictions, all invited guests are designated on invitations. We cannot accommodate additional guests. Please respect this request and let Morgan or Reaganne (theharts2223@gmail.com) know if you have any specific questions.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but due to strict space restrictions, please use this as date night and leave the kids with a babysitter! Invited children are listed on your invitations, but children under 3 years of age will not be listed on the RSVP form and will not have their own assigned seat.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

A glass of champagne will be served to guests over 21 years of age. There will be no open or cash bar available.

Will I be outdoors at all?

Answer

You will be outdoors for a short time between the ceremony and the reception for coffee and hot chocolate. Make sure to bring a jacket!

Is there plenty of parking available?

Answer

There is plenty of paved parking for all guests right next to the ceremony/reception space!
