You will be able to list out food allergies & dietary restrictions when RSVP'ing for the event.

Answer

Yes, we've reserved hotel blocks in the heart of Chicago! These hotels are also conveniently located near the Welcome Event & shuttles will be available to and from the hotel. Please refer to the "Travel & Accommodations" page for more info.
