we're tying the knot.

Coincidentally, both of our first jobs were at Cinemark Movies 8 in 2011! Morgan worked there part-time when she was a junior in high school & Nicholas worked there as a seasonal employee at the time. Nick would always send her new music, although he claimed to think Morgan was a brat. Years passed, and in April of 2016, Nick "slid into Morgan's DM's"! In true stalker fashion, he went and liked all of her pictures on Instagram and messaged her. In July of 2016, after constant bugging, Morgan finally said yes to a date. We went to dinner at Graze, and ended the night with coffee at Bigby's. Even after Morgan left her leftover salmon in Nick's backseat overnight, he still wanted to go out again.

Three and a half years later, in March of 2020...Covid-19 shut-down the world! That ruined Nick's proposal plans and he had to improvise. We were going to have a date night in, but Nick came home sick as a dog (we know now it was nerves). Morgan made grilled cheese and tomato soup to go with a movie! In our kitchen, while Morgan was cooking, Nick pulled out the shiniest diamond she had ever seen, got down on one knee in front of Morgan, with Juno (the dog) in between them, and asked her to marry him. Now it's time to celebrate!
