We're Getting Married!

Nick and Morgan both attended college in the Midwest, only 2 hours apart from one another at University of Michigan and University of Toledo. Although they didn't know each other at the time, they both made similar plans to move to Colorado after graduation where they worked for Adaptive Ski Programs in two different mountain towns, Breckenridge and Winter Park. In 2017, Nick and Morgan got introduced by a mutual friend, Kevin Quinn. Nick came to cheer on Morgan and Kevin as they were guiding an adaptive runner in a half marathon in Denver, Colorado! Nick and Morgan quickly hit it off, and went to Red Rocks together that same night to see Elephant Revival. A couple weeks later, they met up again to climb a 14er in Colorado. They realized they shared many similar interests and passions and continued to spend time in the mountains together. In 2018, Morgan was accepted into medical school and Nick happily agreed to move with her to St. George, Utah. He quickly realized he had similar intentions, and started Nursing School while working as a CNA at the hospital. One month after moving in together, they made one of the best decisions of their life, to get Charlie, their energetic and loyal rescue pup. They moved to Salt Lake City together in 2022 for Morgan's Emergency Medicine Residency in 2022. Two months after moving, Nick, Morgan, (and Charlie) went on a trip of a lifetime together to Canada to bike in Vancouver and Whistler. It was on a bike trail in the woods that Nick surprised Morgan by first pretending to be injured, and then getting on one knee in a surprise proposal! Finally, in 2024, they look forward to celebrating their marriage with all of their family and friends in the mountains of Utah. Love, Morgan, Nick, and Charlie
