We're getting married!

We met at DeSoto CrossFit. Morgan was the head coach and I was just a newbie who had no idea what I was doing. If you know Morgan, you know he was quiet at first. With some intervention, Morgan was finally convinced to start talking to me and eventually asking me out on our first date, that I didn't even realize was a date. Through many dates, so many laughs and amazing memories later, I am lucky enough to have found my best friend and the love of my life.

We were in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, visiting Morgan's sister and her family to take pictures for a photobook. Morgan was taking some individual pictures for the photobook, when he called me up the hill to take a few more pictures of the two of us, or so I thought. When I was walking up the hill to join him, the sun was shining in my eyes, I was squinting terribly and those pictures are not flattering to say the least. As I got closer to him, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. After a few minutes of shock and me repeating "holy crap", Morgan said, "Did you even notice?" Of course I did not, but written on the ground in front of him was "Will you marry me?" It was the perfect day and the best way to start this next journey in our lives. We are so excited to start our lives together and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!
