FAQs

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that parents do their best to arrange childcare for the weekend. For family members who are unable to do so, we will offer a Kid Zone on site on the day of the wedding. Children under the age of 12 will be dropped off there for the duration of the event, and we will have experienced nannies available throughout the day. If this applies to you and you plan to bring your children, please reach out to us in advance. We completely understand that breastfeeding children need to remain with their mothers during the event. Please note that childcare will not be provided for the welcome party. Family members may bring children if they are unable to arrange weekend childcare, but there is a pool on the property that is accessible from the event space. Parents will be responsible for closely supervising their children at all times.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP please type your full name into the text box on the RSVP page of this website. If you do not see your family grouped together try typing in each name separately. If you received an invite in the mail but can not find your name please contact us.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your name is listed on the envelope, you are invited to attend. We have included plus ones for guests in long term relationships. We hope you understand that we are unable to extend a plus one to all guests.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by March 15, 2026. Our vendors require final guest counts to complete wedding details. RSVPs received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

We’ve created an online registry, which you can find in the registry tab on our website. Gifts from the registry will be shipped directly to us and will help us build a collection of items we’ll cherish for years. That said, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Are there any other wedding events to attend?

Answer

All wedding guests are invited to our welcome party on April 17th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Yokayo Ranch. Enjoy tacos, lawn games, and s’mores! You will be able to RSVP for this event at the same time as the wedding. The rehearsal and one additional event will be held for immediate family and the wedding party, with details included in your RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For the welcome party, guests are free to come and go as they please. The event will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on April 17, 2026. On the wedding day, we kindly ask that guests arrive at 3:00 pm on April 18, 2026 to allow for a prompt ceremony start at 3:30 pm.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will take place outdoors, but a small indoor space will be available during dancing for guests to take breaks and relax.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year in Ukiah?

Answer

April in Ukiah typically has highs in the mid-70s and lows in the 50s. Since the wedding is entirely outdoors, we recommend checking the forecast as the date approaches and planning accordingly. We will provide heaters for cooler evening temperatures. In the event of rain, a tent will be set up for the reception and umbrellas will be available for the ceremony.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code? What shoes should I wear?

Answer

For the welcome party, attire will be smart casual. Examples include sundresses with sweaters, jeans with a blouse, khakis with polos, or jeans with a button down. For the wedding, please dress in formal attire. Elegant mid calf to ankle length dresses, suits, or dress slacks with a blazer are perfect. Colors and florals are encouraged. For women, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for stability on gravel and grass. For men, please wear dress shoes.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be parking available at the venue, as well as overflow parking at the college behind the venue, which is a short walk from the event. We recommend giving yourself extra time to find parking and encourage guests staying at the hotels to carpool when possible to help limit the number of cars and make parking easier for everyone.

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

During the ceremony, guests are welcome to choose their seats, with the exception of the first rows, which are reserved for immediate family. At the reception, seating will be assigned to help everyone find their spot comfortably.

Question

Can we take our own photos at the ceremony?

Answer

To keep everyone fully in the moment, we ask that the ceremony be device free. Don’t worry, our photographer has you covered! We just want to see your smiles in our photos, not your phones.

Question

Will food and drink be served?

Answer

Absolutely! Enjoy appetizers and drinks during our social hour, followed by a gourmet buffet-style dinner at the reception. Beer and wine will be available at the open bar while supplies last. Later in the evening, we’ll have a dessert bar, along with coffee and tea to keep the celebration going.

Question

When will we eat?

Answer

Appetizers will be served starting at 4:00 pm, followed by dinner at 6:00 pm. We recommend enjoying an early or light lunch so you can save room for all the delicious food and treats we have planned!

Question

Are there any dietary restriction accommodations?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The RSVP form will include a prompt for this information so we can plan accordingly.

Question

When will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

The reception will wrap up at 10:00 pm. While there won’t be an official after-party, you’re welcome to keep the celebration going at local bars afterward!

Question

Where can I find photos afterwards?

Answer

Once we receive the photos from our photographer, we’ll share images of key moments as well as photos that feature our guests so everyone can enjoy the memories they were part of.
