What is the dress code?
Answer
To help us create the elegant, elevated atmosphere we’re envisioning, we kindly ask our guests to dress formally. Gentlemen should wear suits with ties or bow ties and ladies should wear floor-length gowns or formal evening dresses. That said, we want this to feel fun and expressive too - think your absolute best. Don’t hold back on bold fall colors, fun patterns, sparkle, or statement accessories. The more glitz and glam, the better! Consider this your excuse to finally wear that outfit you’ve been saving for something special. We truly can’t wait to see everyone dressed up and celebrating in style with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to the limited seating of the venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What time should we arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way to the ceremony site, and get settled before we say “I do.”

What is the closest airport?
Answer
We highly recommend flying into Orlando International Airport, as it is typically the easiest to fly into from multiple locations, from there, you will be able to grab an Uber to your hotel. Please refer to our travel tab for more detailed hotel/flight/driving instructions!

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
We are very sympathetic to any possible restrictions due to allergies. We ask that when the formal invitation goes out, you please fill out the online RSVP and include your restrictions, and we will do our very best to accommodate for you!!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we adore your kiddos, our wedding will be mostly adults-only. The only children attending are those who are part of the wedding party. If you haven’t received explicit confirmation that your children are invited, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for them to stay home or find a hotel babysitter. We so appreciate your understanding and support as we try to keep things intimate and easy to manage!

Is parking or transportation provided?
Answer
Due to extremely limited parking at the venue, we kindly ask that guests do not plan to drive or park on-site. For your convenience, shuttle service will be provided with pickups from both The Alfond Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn. Guests are welcome to utilize the shuttle regardless of where they are staying. If you prefer not to use the shuttle, we kindly request that you arrange transportation via Uber or Lyft for a safe and seamless arrival and departure.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely!! We do ask that you please drink responsibly and plan on taking either the shuttle or an Uber. We want all of our guests to have fun while also remaining safe!
