To help us create the elegant atmosphere we’re envisioning, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to a formal dress code. Gentlemen are to wear suits with jackets. Ladies are to wear floor-length gowns or formal evening dresses. Don’t be afraid to have a little fun with it - bold fall colors, playful patterns, and statement pieces are more than welcome - encouraged, even! Consider this your invitation to finally wear that fabulous outfit you’ve been saving for something special. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask that all guests arrive no later than 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park, make your way to the ceremony site, and get settled before we say “I do.”
The ceremony is outdoors in a beautiful space overlooking the sprawling farmland of our venue. The reception will follow - indoors - in the reception hall.
We highly recommend flying into Orlando International Airport, as it is typically the easiest to fly into from multiple locations, from there, you will be able to grab an Uber to your hotel. Please refer to our travel tab for more detailed hotel/flight/driving instructions!
We are very sympathetic to any possible restrictions due to allergies. We ask that when the formal invitation goes out, you please fill out the RSVP card and include your restrictions, and we will do our very best to accommodate for you!!
As much as we adore your kiddos, our wedding will be mostly adults-only. The only children attending are those who are part of the wedding party. If you haven’t received explicit confirmation that your children are invited, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for them to stay home or find a hotel babysitter. We so appreciate your understanding and support as we try to keep things intimate and easy to manage!
Complimentary on-site parking will be available at the venue. We will also be offering shuttle service with pickups from both The Alfond Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn. Even if you are not staying at either hotel, you are more than welcome to hop on the shuttle. If you choose not to utilize the shuttle service, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for safe and convenient transportation to and from the wedding!
Absolutely!! We do ask that you please drink responsibly and highly consider either taking the shuttle or an Uber. We want all of our guests to have fun but also be safe!
