Matron of Honor
Charlotte and I grew up like sisters. When Charlotte was born, they stopped at my house before even going home. We’ve been through every stage of life together. Witty, hilarious, confident, beautiful, Charlotte is the friend anyone is proud to have at their side. It wouldn’t be my wedding without her standing next to me.
Maid of Honor
Michelle & I met playing football but our bond was really formed over our love of all things ice cream and beach. Michelle is the most loyal ally both as a friend and to the world. She is my go-to sounding board, my first +1, and overall amazing human. At the wedding you will only ever find her on the dancefloor, unless someone busts out a flip cup table, she'll dance the night away.
Bridesmaid
Francesca and I first met at 3 years old at the West Suburban Montessori School, and then again years later on the middle school basketball court, and we’ve been palling around ever since. She is the life of the party and an even kinder soul, I’m lucky to count her as a lifelong friend.
Man of Honor
Aghogho is one of my oldest friends, we met in 6th grade! He is easily one of the most thought-provoking people you'll ever meet and if you're not contemplating a random hypothetical you'll definitely be laughing at something together! He's the older brother I never had and I'm so honored to share this moment with him.
Best Man
Alex is my kindred soul. We met working at IBM 10 years ago. He brings energy to every room he enters. Friends with all, he makes everyone feel welcome and is generally the best guy to have around, whether it’s for a work presentation, a football game in the park, or a wine night at home. He’s a homie for sure.
Bridesmaid
Kels and I met in high school, ran track, and played softball together. Kelsea is best described as fierce! When she sets her mind to something you know it will get done. She is one of those friends who you know is down whether it's a road trip to Maine, a week long boat trip in Croatia, or dinner at Red Lobster. She is one of the most loving and supportive friends you could ask for...a great combo, even better than unlimited shrimp and cheddar biscuits!
Bridesmaid
Mikaela is a boss, to put it simply. We also met working at IBM 10 years ago, and we quickly moved from work friends to life friends. She is the best at anything and everything she puts her mind to. A relentless teammate and a fiercely loyal friend, she is someone to admire. Intelligent, beautiful, kind, I’m proud to call her my friend.
Bridesmaid
Mel & I met in high school, in a painful Chem class. We shared a love for Mr. Softee milk shakes that continues today! She is a lot of amazing things, but a fitting memory to describe Mel's friendship is how she helped me propose to Morgan...after parking a mile away from the meet up spot ("just to be safe"), she then hid behind a bush and crab walked between hiding spots to avoid being seen. She also brought beautiful flowers as an added bonus. Mel is as thoughtful a friend as they come!
Bridesmaid
Alexis is a woman of many facets, as wicked smart as she is kind. I love seeing myself through her eyes, she builds up her friends and lifts us high. She is compassionate and joyful and affectionate. A dancer on the bhangra stage and my instagram page, look for her on the dance floor. One more thanks to IBM for bringing us together (they sure did hire some pretty kickass people)!
Bridesmaid
Kei & I met in high school, with lots of giggling in AP Gov. Keionna is a driven, fashion forward, kind soul! She loves her people with all of her heart and I'm proud to call her a friend. At the wedding you can find her at the bar making a very specific cocktail or taking the best pictures (why did we hire a photographer again?)
Bridesmaid
Keaty has been my friend since we randomly sat next to each other at a conference 9 years ago; we stuck together for the rest of the day, and we’ve been drinking wine and talking about every topic under the sun ever since. Her coder brain matches my lawyer brain, different logical paths that always seem to lead to the same place. She is engaging to everyone and always open to trying something new, the type of person you love to have around.
Bridesmaid
Chels & I met in high school, spending a lot of time together between class, softball, and parties. She might give Kei a run at best guest photographer for the night! Chelsea's energy and enthusiasm is unmatched and she is as quick-witted as she is loving.
Bridesmaid
Lisa expanded my family in the most bountiful ways. When she married my brother, I gained not one but three fabulous sisters, and now I have the most beautiful niece and nephew. Trenton and I are mirrors so it’s no surprise that I love Lisa. She is ambitious, funny, intelligent, and the perfect match for Trent.
Bridesmaid
Emi & I met in high school. Emi is the sweetest person now (high school was a slightly different story but in the best ways) but motherhood has calmed some of that fire. But rest assured, Emi is still the momma bear you'd want on your side of any fight! Though most times together you'll just spend laughing away. You can always count on Emi for a smile.
Bridesman
Chris and I grew up like twins. A year and four days apart, we went to the same camps, and played on the same teams…that is until the family banned us from playing taboo together because of our sheer domination. A perpetual learner, Chris always has a new project or new degree he’s striving for. Proud cousin here.
Bridesmaid
Nat & I met in high school, though shared 0 classes or activities together! Don't let Nat's soft spoken ways fool you, she is neither shy nor quiet and will have you cracking up as soon as you can hear what she's saying. At the wedding you will find her singing every lyric and busting out every dance move!
