Parking will be available across the street at North Albany Community Church. To help keep things smooth for our neighbors, we kindly ask that all guests park there rather than driving down Lawnridge Street. What if I’m taking an Uber or rideshare?

Please have your driver drop you off across the street at the church as well. We’re trying to limit traffic on Lawnridge Street, and the short walk will lead you straight to the celebration!

How to get from the church parking lot to the venue?

Answer

The venue is a short walk from the church parking lot (about 3 minutes or 500 feet). The walk is mostly flat and paved, with a small section of gravel driveway. If you require any special accommodations, we are happy to assist. What’s the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Daytime Attire (Relaxed Cocktail) Women: Think elegant but relaxed summer attire. You’re welcome to wear a dress in any length you feel comfortable in, and dressy jumpsuits are also appropriate. You may opt for light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable. As the event will be outdoors, wedges or block heels are acceptable. Men: Collared dress shirt (short or long sleeve) with slacks or chinos. Suits are welcome but not required. Please avoid denim, shorts, and cargo pants.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will take place outdoors on the lawn! We recommend wearing shoes that can handle grass (block heels, wedges, flats, etc.). Part of the walk from the church to the venue is on a gravel driveway.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony so everyone has time to park, walk over, and find a seat before things begin.

What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

Answer

We’re planning for a beautiful outdoor event, but we have a backup plan just in case Mother Nature has other ideas.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present with us! Please keep phones away during the ceremony. Afterward, feel free to snap and share all the photos you’d like.

Will there be food and drinks?
