August 27, 2022 was a night we will never forget. Well maybe one of us doesn't quite remember... but one of us lives on to tell our story. On this summer night after going to a Red Sox game with the guys, and a night out with the girls, we both found ourselves at a South Boston Bar, "Capo" (basement). Into the night we were introduced and after a quick "Hi nice to meet you", we did not see one another for the rest of the night. But I remember thinking to myself "Wow, she was a STUNNER". The next day I couldn't stop thinking about this girl and I had to see what I could do. A few instagram clicks later, I found myself in the DMs (Direct Messages). The original shot was blocked but after a few more attempts, I finally cashed in. It was my time to shine and show the future Mrs. Taylor how amazing life could be. A Bruins game, trips to New York City and many laughs later, I decided it was time to make it official. New Years Eve was the night we became boyfriend and girlfriend so everyone could celebrate our love with us. Surprisingly, she said YES and our journey had begun. Every step of the way has been amazing and has made me realize how great it is to have your best friend by your side. Traveling, moving in together, holidays, and all of the things life has to offer, has been made so easy with the girl that I am madly in love with. Blending our families together has also been one of the best things. Having another side of the family to support both of us has brought us even closer together. With two sets of grandparents being married for 60+ years, we have some great role models to resemble our love off of. A little under two years after meeting my future wife, I found myself on one knee with tears rolling down my face confessing my love to the human that makes me the happiest. These two years have been the best times of our lives so far. Growing together and learning each other has been one of the most special experiences life has to offer. Now I'm sitting here, waiting to say "I DO" with the girl that has helped me become the man I have always strived to be. I am extremely excited to have a day where we can truly celebrate our love with all of the people who have supported us from the beginning. Here's to forever with my beautiful, loving, caring, amazing Fiancé. I can't wait to marry you! Love you all! Kobie Taylor and Morgan (almost Taylor) Irons
