WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP by October 19th, 2024 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP IN TIME?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. The dress code is semi-formal! Gentlemen can wear dress slacks and a button-down, ladies can wear dress slacks and a blouse, jump suit, or a dress! NO jeans or white dresses please!!!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and our bridal party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 4:00 pm. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are taxing or have other transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4:30 PM, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! A photo booth will also be present!

Do we have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes!!! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston West Katy. WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at Beckendorff Farms, 28533 Morton Rd, Katy, TX 77493. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony and will be held outside. You may want to bring a light jacket in case it is a cooler evening.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Yes! There is onsite parking at our venue!
